# Cómo crear una encuesta de servicio al cliente

**Requisito previo:** *Debes contar con una licencia de Service Hub Pro o Enterprise.*

### Guía paso a paso:

1. En el menú de navegación principal, ve a Servicio al cliente.
2. Selecciona la opción Encuestas de servicio en el menú desplegable.
3. Haz clic en "Crear encuesta".
4. Podrás elegir entre:
5. Encuestas predeterminadas: Como CSAT (Satisfacción del cliente), NPS (Net Promoter Score) o CES (Esfuerzo del cliente).
6. Encuesta personalizada: Donde podrás redactar libremente cada pregunta y ajustar el formato a tus necesidades exactas.
